X2O Xaviars sits in the water at a turn-of-the-century Victorian pier on the Hudson River.
The spectacular main dining salon's 25-foot, vaulted ceiling and glass walls offer views of the
George Washington and Tappan Zee Bridges, and sunsets over the Palisades.
Guests experience classic French technique with Italian and Spanish influences and Asian
embellishments, which create a wholly original cuisine unique to the Hudson Valley. In addition to
the Communal Table, sushi bar, and traditional banquette and table seating, the vibrant,
sophisticated Dylan Lounge offers guests more dining options.
Examples of Peter X. Kelly's stellar fare include braised Berkshire pork belly
and grilled shrimp appetizer with Asian spices, Kafir lime oil, and golden beet coulis; crispy soft
shell with sweet corn maque choux, Meyer lemon brown butter and tempura zucchini blossom; and a warm
Valrhona chocolate cake with Grand Marnier ice cream and orange confit.
