About Tavern
A great meal starts with great ingredients. Tavern strives to find the best local
ingredients, farmed in a manner that sustains the land for future generations. Whenever possible,
products featured on Tavern's menu are raised naturally without the use of chemicals,
hormones or antibiotics. Many of Tavern's vegetables are grown at its sister
property, The Garrison, whose two-acre farm supplies lettuces, tomatoes and other produce during
the growing season.
