Tarrytown House Estate is a haunted Halloween destination unto itself. The Estate's King Mansion, built in 1840 and the oldest building at Tarrytown House Estate, was the home of tobacco heiress Sybil Harris and her husband Frederick King. It is believed by many that Sybil continues to walk the halls of the second floor of the King Mansion, usually appearing as an apparition dressed in white.
