Dining at Cellar 49
The restaurant is exclusively for overnight guests of the Tarrytown House Estate.
A recent addition to Tarrytown Estate's Biddle Mansion, Cellar 49's historic features,
including key-stoned brick archways, granite columns, and distressed
wood beams have been preserved. At the heart of this restaurant is a private dining room
within the wine cellar itself.
Originally Mary Duke Biddle's bowling alley, Cellar 49 is a classic American Tavern,
serving traditional favorites with a contemporary twist, from aged steaks, burgers, and appetizers
to desserts. Fine wines are a focal point -- the wine cellar features an extensive collecton of unique
wines. Local and international beers are available as well.
