Chef Bobby Manzi
Bobby Manzi has been the chef/owner of River City Grille since 1998.
Although his background is in Italian cuisine, Bobby describes his culinary style as eclectic and
his love of food and cooking has inspired him to study many other cuisines. Two of his favorites
are Asian & BBQ and these usually show up on his seasonally inspired menus.
Bobby is a self-taught chef who has been cooking professionally for 20 years. His
first restaurant venture was back in 1990, when he owned R Place. Prior to River City,
Bobby worked at Centro in Greenwich, Connecticut.
