About The Rhinecliff
The Rhinecliff is a boutique country hotel nestled into the banks of the Hudson River. The
full-service hotel, dating from 1854 when it served as a rooming house, is listed on the National
Register of Historic Places. Recently restored to its original glory after a 5-year renovation by
British-born restauranteur and financier brothers James and David Chapman, The Rhinecliff's
antique wood floors and beams, stone fireplace and original Victorian oak bar have been
painstakingly restored.
Guests at The Rhinecliff all enjoy gorgeous Hudson River views. Every room features a
private balcony, whirlpool tub and music system. The Rhinecliff's Wedding Suite,
a luxurious, airy room with open-style whirlpool bath,
features a private, 200 square foot sundeck, perfect for private gatherings. A complimentary,
full breakfast is served each morning, and room service is available.
