Chutney Masala's Mango Cocktail or "Kamasucra"

Chef/Owner Navjot Arora of Chutney Masala Indian Bistro in Irvington, and his wife, Anu, have always enjoyed cooking together, whether it be a recipe passed down through the generations, or a new creation. Here is thier healthy and tasty alternative to eggnog:
Serves 4

Ingredients:

1/2 cup fresh mango puree
(for convenience, diced frozen mangoes
can be thawed and pureed)
1 cup plain yogurt
2 tablespoons honey
a pinch of salt
1 cup crushed ice
6 oz coconut flavored rum (such as Malibu)

Preparation:

Puree everything together in a blender and puree until you get a smooth, frothy texture. Pour into a tall glass and serve garnished with a cherry.
