Meet at Millbrook Vineyards for wine tasting and vineyard tour. Critically acclaimed as the Hudson Valley's #1 winery, Millbrook Vineyards & Winery is conveniently located between Albany and New York City on a 130-acre estate winery in the heart of Dutchess County. After the winery tour, you will follow your group leader to Serevan for your cooking class and lunch. The class will begin at approximately 11:00 am.

FROM POUGHKEEPSIE AREA:
Take Rt. 44 East from Poughkeepsie. One mile after passing under the Taconic State Parkway, take a left onto Rt. 82 North. Travel Rt. 82 North three miles to Rt. 57. Turn right onto Rt. 57 and travel 3.5 miles to Wing Road. Take a left onto Wing Road and turn right at the second drive.

FROM NEW YORK CITY AREA:
Take Major Deegan North (Rt. 87) to the Saw Mill River Parkway North. Follow the Taconic State Parkway North to the Rt. 44 Millbrook/Poughkeepsie exit. Turn right off the exit onto Rt. 44 East. Follow one mile to Rt. 82 North. Turn left onto Rt. 82 and travel 3 miles to Rt. 57. Turn right onto Rt. 57 and travel 3.5 miles to Wing Road. Take a left onto Wing Road and turn right at the second drive.

FROM SOUTHERN CONNECTICUT/WESTCHESTER AREA:
Take Rt. 684 North to Rt. 84 West. Take 84 West to the Taconic State Parkway North. Follow the Taconic State Parkway to the Rt. 44 Millbrook/Poughkeepsie exit (approximately 18 miles). Turn right off the exit onto Rt. 44 East. Follow one mile to Rt. 82 North. Turn left onto Rt. 82 and travel 3 miles to Rt. 57. Turn right onto Rt. 57 and travel 3.5 miles to Wing Road. Take a left on Wing Road and turn right at the second drive.

FROM NORTHERN NEW JERSEY AREA:
Take the Garden State Parkway or Rt. 287 North to the NY State Thruway North (toll road). Take the NY State Thruway North to the Newburgh exit (Exit 17). Follow signs to Rt. 84 East. Follow Rt. 84 East across the Hudson River (toll bridge) to the Taconic State Parkway North. Follow the Taconic State Parkway to the Rt. 44 Millbrook/Poughkeepsie exit (approximately 18 miles). Turn right off the exit onto Rt. 44 East. Follow one mile to Rt. 82 North. Turn left onto Rt. 82 and travel 3 miles to Rt. 57. Turn right onto Rt. 57 and travel 3.5 miles to Wing Road. Serevan Restaurant is located in Amenia, New York, approximately 2 hours North of New York City; 1 1/2 hours South of Albany; 40 minutes East of Poughkeepsie; 30 minutes East of Rhinebeck; and 15 minutes West of Sharon, Connecticut. Both State Route 22 and Route 44 intersect in downtown Amenia. Autumn Lane is located on Route 44, about half a mile West of Route 22.

Sprout Creek Farm and Le Chambord
Meet at Sprout Creek Cheese Farm in Poughkeepsie, and see how artisanal cheeses are made in the age-old tradition of European farmstead cheese. After the farm visit, you will follow your group leader to Le Chambord for your cooking class and lunch. Class begins at approximately 11:00 am.

Take Route 55 West Poughkeepsie exit. Straight on 55 for 1.5 miles. Left on Lauer Road. Continue straight for 2 miles. Sprout Creek Farm is on the left.

FROM DOWNTOWN POUGHKEEPSIE:
Take Route 55 East for 4 miles. Right on Noxon Road. Continue through 2 lights. Left on Lauer Road. The farm is on the right.

Meet at Stone Barns Center for Food and Agriculture, 80 rolling acres of gardens, pastures and woods, where the rich traditions of community-based farming merge with the 21st century only 30 miles north of midtown Manhattan. After the farm tour, you will follow your group leader to Tarrytown House Estate for your cooking class and lunch. The class will begin at approximately 11:15 am.

FROM POINTS SOUTH:
Take 87 North (New York State Thruway) to Saw Mill River Parkway North to Exit 23, Eastview. At the light make a left. At the stop sign, make a right onto Lake Road. Lake Road will merge onto Route 448. Continue for approximately 0.8 miles. Entrance will be on the left.

FROM POINTS NORTH
Take Saw Mill River Parkway South to Exit 23, Saw Mill River Road/Eastview. At the light, turn right. At the stop sign, turn right onto Lake Road. Continue straight onto Route 448/Bedford Road approximately 0.7 miles. Entrance will be on the left.

FROM POINTS NORTH
Take the Taconic to the Route 100 exit (Millwood), then go south on 100/117 to Route 448 Continue on Route 448/Bedford Road approximately 1.7 miles. Entrance on the right.

FROM NEW YORK CITY
Take the NY State Thruway (Rte 87) north to exit 9. (Exit will say Tarrytown, last exit before the bridge). At the end of the exit, turn left onto route 119 west. Go to the first traffic light and turn left onto route 9 south. Go to the third traffic light (approx. 1 mile) and turn left onto East Sunnyside Lane. Tarrytown House Estate & Conference Center is the Second Entrance on the left.

FROM THE NORTH
Take the Taconic State Parkway south to the Sawmill River Parkway south. Get off exit 22 (Tarrytown/Rt. 119). At the end of the exit, make a right turn onto Rte. 119 West. Go to intersection of Rte. 119 and Rte. 9 and turn left onto Rte. 9 south. Go to the third traffic light (approx. 1 mile) and turn left onto East Sunnyside Lane. Tarrytown House Estate & Conference Center is the Second Entrance on the left.
