Hands-on cooking classes are led by award-winning Hudson Valley chefs at a different inn each day:
Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Each two-hour class is followed by an elegant four-course meal,
including wine. Sign up for one class, or take the 3-day series.
Morning classes
allow time in the afternoons to explore popular Hudson Valley sights in the area.
