Valley at The Garrison
Valley is a contemporary fine dining restaurant at The Garrison. Named in tribute to the
historic Hudson Valley and the ingredients this bountiful land yields, the restaurant features
American Farm to Table Cuisine showcasing products from our own Garrison Farm as well as other
farms in the region. Valley, rated "Excellent" by the New York Times, won
"Best Overall Cuisine" and the Sonnenschmidt Award for Culinary Excellence at the
"Taste of Hudson Valley" in
November 2005.
Guests can also relax and enjoy the sunset over the Hudson from the terrace at World's End Bar,
one of the Highlands more convivial watering holes. World's End has a spectacular view of the
Hudson River and boasts an outdoor terrace for enjoying cocktails and outdoor dining.
