Tucked into a corner of a charming courtyard, Cathryn's Tuscan Grill in Cold Spring
is a longtime favorite with the locals. Cathryn's specializes in full-flavored, rustic Northern
Italian cuisine, freshly prepared and beautifully plated. Staples include the award-winning,
signature shrimp scampi with gorgonzola and prosciutto, daily ravioli and risotto
specials, and sumptuous desserts, made in-house daily.

wine list. Dining at Cathryn's is an experience for all of the senses. Comfortable dining and lounge
areas feature jewel-toned walls lined with an eclectic mix of artworks, many by important local
artists. Weather permitting, guests dine under an umbrella in the garden courtyard.
Cathryn's features a full bar and lounge area, and offers "Sunset Samplings" every weeknight with
bite-size foods and specialty drinks. Catering is available, on and off the premises.
